Sonia Holstein is a professionally trained Chef, Recipe Developer, Food Writer, Stylist and Culinary Creative. Armed with flakey salt and bold flavors, she loves to bake bread and host dinner parties. Sonia trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa and worked on the line at Michelin Star State Bird Provisions and Il Fiorello Olive Oil Company.
Her specialities are Mediterranean and Italian inspired food, with a focus in Middle Eastern cuisine. Expect mezze boards with dips and housemade pita, fresh seafood cooked over the grill and seasonal driven produce from farmers markets.
She cooks with her goal in mind: always leave guests wanting seconds. Originally from Chicago, she now calls San Francisco home.
